* Gloria and Roger Jones open Oh Wow! Children’s Science Center.
* Youngstown State University’s opens its new Williamson School of Business.
* The City of Youngstown, MCCVB, and YSU sponsor Biggest Weekend ever' with an amazing Jazz Fest at Harrison Common.
* Love Lounge renovates into Club Xclusive.
* The Lemon Grove celebrates 2 years of Downtown bliss.
* Niles based  Gatta Co. has completely transformed the Federal Building creating 14 units (filled).
* Opening soon Vernon’s Café / V2 Wine Bar Trattoria on the first floor of the Federal Building.
* Downtown Circle convenience store Opens w / Deli.
* Dominic Marchionda of Poland is taking over the Erie Terminal building, turning more space into student and professional housing.
* Roastery Cafe to open on ground floor of the Erie Terminal Building.  
* Strollo Architects proposes a $4 million plan for the Wells Building;
* Mike Morely and Anita Lin spear head the downtown Paramount Theatre demolition/facade-saving/park effort.
* Robertos Italian Restaurant plans to open soon.
